Where can i get an automated website just for affiliate monetization?

is there such a thing as an automated website (with videos) i can buy that will update itself with fresh content?

id like to simply be able to paste my adsense codes and affiliate banners in there and make some cash off my keyword domain names.

does this exist? if it doesn't, is there an easy way I can go about doing this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. THANKS!!

You might want to consider setting up a blog. It could auto publish your content by different days interval with various videos and insert google ads or affilitate links.

Generate tons of traffic using various web marketing strategies and hope that people will click on it.
