In these programs, i enter on site A. On site A I press a link to site B and i buy something from site B. Site A receives a percentage of the sell, because they sent the costumer to site B.

There is a middle company that maintains all the banner ads and text links with a "tracking cookie" in it. When you click on the link you'll see that first you go to one place then you are "redirected" to the landing page. Which could be the companies home page or an application or something else.

Most of the payouts are small fixed amounts. For instance, if you sign up for a credit counselor we receive $13. But some are bigger. One affiliate pays us $100 if a person purchases a car using their financing.

All the tracking and payouts are maintained by the middle-company and they issue the checks as well.

From someone whose lost over $10k in trying to start an internet business, this book was the only investment we ever made that was worth the money!

Don't get involved with them! Those sort of arrangements are generally a scam and you almost always pay more than you make.
