I need a good Affiliate Program where i dont need a website?

I want to join a good affiliates program where i can advertise with just link insertions etc. I dont have a website to add banners to. Please help.

Yes you can but if you are using Google's PPC is it getting harder to direct link. Your cost per click may be to high to be profitable untill you use a landing page relevent to your ads.
