Is it possible (and legal) to generate affiliate links for specific eBay auctions?

I am planning on joining eBay's Partner Network and would like to know if it is possible (and in compliance with eBay's Terms of Use) to generate affiliate links for specific auctions I would like to feature on my website. In other words, every week I would like to feature 10 auctions of Nike sneakers which are red color and being sold by New York based eBay sellers; so, my question is, could I create affiliate links for such "cherry-picked" auctions? Yes. eBay has an API program that will allow you to promote specific auctions.
